1 Who can use FlipFTW

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. We may ask you to verify your age before you deposit and can close accounts that fail verification.

You may not use FlipFTW where online gaming of this kind is not allowed. You are responsible for checking your local laws.

2 Your account

One account per person. You are responsible for everything that happens on your account, so keep your linked logins secure.

You must give accurate information. Accounts created to get around a ban, limit or self-exclusion will be closed.

3 Deposits and balance

You can add balance with the methods shown on the deposit page. Rates are shown before you send and are fixed once your transaction is seen.

Deposits sent on the wrong network, below the minimum or to an old address may be lost. Peer to peer deposits are completed only once the other side confirms.

4 Items and trades

Item values follow current market prices and can change at any time. Items in your inventory can be staked, sold for balance or kept.

Trades are final once both sides confirm. We don't reverse trades made by mistake.

5 Games and fairness

Every game result is derived from a public EOS block hash chosen before the round starts. You can verify any result under Provably Fair.

If a game is interrupted by a technical fault, the round is voided and stakes are returned.

6 Prohibited conduct

Don't use bots, scripts, multiple accounts, chargebacks or exploits. Don't scam, harass or impersonate other players or staff.

We may void results, remove balance gained through abuse and suspend the accounts involved.

7 Responsible play

Only play with what you can afford to lose. You can set limits or take a break at any time by contacting support, and we will honour self-exclusion requests.

8 Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Where the law allows, remaining balance from legitimate deposits will be handled as described in our support policy.

9 Liability

FlipFTW is provided as is. We are not liable for losses caused by third party services, network delays or events outside our control, to the extent the law allows.

10 Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
